dd keeps calling people honky!

i was watching thrift shop video and when it came to the part were they say "cold ass honky" dd (just turned 4) asked what a honky was,and i told her a long time ago (like the 70s) Some people would sometimes call white people honkies but it wasnt very nice

so she was watching an educational video and they were counting and they showed a black doll and a white doll,and she points to the white doll and  says"look ma,that ones a honky!

so today we get on the elevator and im chitchatting with this older lady and when she gets off on her floor dd says"bye honky!: i wanted to die!

I'll bet.  If my kid said "bye nig-nog" to somebody in public I don't think I would be able to sit here and type about it on the internet for the handcuffs and visiting hours.

I know you want to die when she does that, but it made me laugh!  My kids are older, but I remember those moments.  My friend has a two year old that is starting that kind of thing.  They took her to the park last week and she saw a balding man there.  She pointed and yelled, "Dr. Phil!" and kept saying that no matter how much they tried to distract her.  I bust out laughing when she told me about it.
