A few days ago I went to dhs office to surprise him at work with our dd. He works at my fathers company so its no big deal, I drop by a lot. Well, I walked into his office and he was standing there shirtless, with his new secretary sitting in his chair. My mouth dropped.
I very calmly asked what the fuck they are doing and neither said anything, just looked at me.
Dh put his shirt back on and I handed him the baby and told him to get out.
I slapped that bitch as hard as I possibly could. Walked out, took dd from dh and left.
Called my sis on the way home, she is also in the family business, to let her know and to have her call my dad.
I came home, packed his shit and waited.
When he got home I gave him 30 mins to pack anything else he may need. He tried to tell me that I was going to leave and he was staying. I took dd into her room very calmly gave her some toys and went back into the living room.
I confronted him and he admitted it, he cried and that made me even more angry. I wanted to kill him. We have been ttc and he fucked some other bitch??!!
Ugghhh I had to get that out. Sorry for grammer and typos, I'm pissed and shaking.

Just to answer a few questions that are being asked multiple times.
*I don't need cs, I have a large trust that will last even after I pass away. Cs is not an issue.
*no, the OW did not press charges.
*dh is a new and upcoming attorney and works in my fathers practice.

(((Hugs))) mama. You did the right thing and it took a lot of courage to do what you did. You also did what was right for your DD. you can hold your head high and have respect for yourself and your daughter will know that too, even if she's too little to understand.

I've been there and it isn't easy. I went to therapy and so did my daughters (they were 2 & 8).

Good luck. If you'd like to talk, vent, cry or just need someone to listen, I will be there and not judge.

So sorry you had to see that.  However putting your hands on anyone is never a good idea.  I have been cheated on before but never did I lay a hand on the other woman.
