My daughter is 21 months old and woke up this covered in a rash that looks like heat rash. He also feels extremely warm. I have given her allergy medicine and infant ibuprofen.. I get nervous every time she doesn't feel good, what would you all do?

Sounds like roseola. Is she acting normal or is she acting sick?

You said she feels warm. Did you actually check her temperature?

Not usually, no but when my youngest had roseola she never even had a fever before the rash came.

Normally they act normal with roseola. This might be something else. I would keep an eye on her and if it's still there in the morning call her dr.

Could be scarlet fever. I would get her to the doctors so they can run a strep test.

I ended up freaking out and called her doc. We went in and everything is fine besides this rash and fever so he thinks its a virus and will check on her tomorrow. Her fever was 103.5 , my poor baby :(
