I ask becaue some people get so bent out of shape of just minor mistakes with the seat itself, but allowing these things are considered very dangerous as well in the even of an accident. So I was just courious if those moms out that get a little crazy sometimes bend this rule!

Why is it dangerous to let your child eat in the car seat? I might could see the danger in a child having a hard toy, but I see no problem with food or drinks. I mean, most of the car seats and boosters even have cup holders.
