I'm not going to try it,, but I'm wondering:

What would happen if you replaced food with vitamins?

Lol, has anyone tried this?

Your muscles would eventually start to break down and atrophe.  Your metabolism would basically stop and you would end up storing more fat than losing it.

All around it would be bad.

You really have self image issues. I have seen you post about being thin, losing weight, not being happy with yourself or whatever SO much. You need to get some help. This is not healthy.

My BIL is a body builder and a health nut. He says that going more than 3-4 hours without eating is essentially starving your body and will decrease your metabolism. To keep your metabolism up you should snack throughout the day. Starving yourself will not only kill your metabolism but also cause your body to eat the protien from your muscles. Leaving you weak and flabby.

Lol girl please I eat all the time. The worst I've ever done is cut carbs which I'm going to do again to knock out this last 20lbs.
I like eating (and hate puking).
I'm just asking because a friend of a friend wants to do this.

Most people can't take vitamins without food, it causes you to puke.
