I forgot to feed my kids breakfast

Oops.  They went downstairs to play the wii, while I dozed in bed.  I then was doing some stuff upstairs when they came upstairs to ask if they could have cheese sticks. It was 10:30.  Oops.

How old are they? My kid's been getting her own cereal since she was 5.

It's 11:26 and ds isn't out of bed yet so I guess he'll go straight to lunch. So much for breakfast being the most important meal of the day!

I do the same thing often. My kids do know how to get food out of the pantry if they are hungry though.

It's not like you are starving them until lunch.

Look mine too. The second he's up "can we eat?". I fear his teenage years.
