Am I right?

I recently added my husband to my bank accounts. After he got his debit card, I found out his pin # was his birthday. I told him he needed to change it because if he lost his wallet that his birthday would be the first thing someone would try. He acted like it was no big deal and kept ignoring me.

Tonight, we were at an atm. I told him to change the pin. He did. After he was all done, he goes "I made it my birthday backwards." What?! No?! That is the second thing they would try!

I made him change it again and he got all pissy with me.

Maybe it is because I used to work at a bank, but I thought everyone knew not to make your pin so obvious. Damn...lol.

The thing is that his dob is on his license and if he lost his wallet, I'm sure they'd have all that information.

That's for all passwords too. I usually used the randomly generated pin that was assigned. I don't even know if I can change mine.

You would be surprised what people use for their pins, and some people actually write them down...and stick them in their wallets!

That's what I tried to explain to him!

I can think it several places you don't even need a PIN number.

Mine code is the same for everything. Which isn't smart I know, even my 6 year old has picked up on it.
