Who does this?

My DD is 10 and having a sleepover this weekend for her dance team. We sent out the invites and everyone RSVPd. However one mom added her 11 year old SON to the RSVP.

Who thinks that's okay?  It would be one thing if it was a day party with cake or whatever. But it is a freakin slumber party,  no freakin way.

No, that is not ok. I wouldn't do that, or be oke with it happening.

Just let her know it is a girl's only event. So not this time for her son. And that's your not comfortable with a boy there with all those girls there. That's what I would say.

Why?  These girls have been dancing together forever,  a few of the moms are staying as well.

I did. I invited all the moms and girls. Didn't think I needed to say no boys.  But this mom isn't even coming. Just wanted to send both of her kids.
