All are domestic. I fostered 4 out of 5 first.

is it true that an adopted child can go to a state university/college for free ?

does it matter who you adopt through ?

5 is the max for me and yes. I love how busy we are. I love the love that I get everyday. I even love the problems. It brings us closer as a family.

I actually haven't looked into free college but they've all got funds so hopefully it's not something we will need. I'm not sure what you mean by the second question. I enjoyed adopting my first 4 through the foster care system. They help with everything which is nice. They also have extensive histories available.
