So, don't pay attention to the stupid face, it was for a friend. Lol.

I OBVIOUSLY need help......with my hair! This was my first attempt, ever. I had one piece that was immune to a curl and then by the time I finished with the opposite side of my head, the other had already fallen out!!!

I have super thick hair, which simple deduction you can accurately assume that it's heavy.

I LOVE the long loose summer curls and the one side was super pretty before it fell.

How, oh how can I make this work??????

Just a note: any comments about my piercings will be laughed at and ignored.

Get a HerStyler. Not an InStyler but a HerStyler. You can find them cheap on Amazon. They work amazing and the small ones can be used to curl hair.

I don't do it often, and I'm not very good at it. my hair is very thick to my Dad was black Cuban I think that covers the hair description.

But when I do it it requires a lot of styling product

I just use hair spray and crunch them up after you curl .

I love curling my hair with my flat iron. I always get the loose beach curls, don't really expect anything tighter. My hair is very thick too but holds the curl good without product so here is a bump.

If you have a rounded flat iron it works well. Start at the roots, twirl it once and pull down.

I have the exact same hair as you. The only way I can keep a curl is hot curlers and lots of product
