I joined a pool and everyone wants to go swimming today, but she is on the last day(ish) if her first period. What can i do? It is really light, she doesn't need a pad, but it is still pink when she wipes.

Teach her how to use a tampon? I was using them at 10 because I was on the swim team.

Give her a tampon for just in case. Make sure she doesn't leave it in too long.

also, don't let her go like that... it;s gross to have her even that lightly bleeding in the pool

Let her use a light flow tampon. I think they might make junior size. They did when I was young.

I know I sound like a scrooge, but I'm so ready for Christmas to be over this year. Our poor tree is haggard looking from being attacked by cats. I just want it *down* and to have my living room back to *normal.* Bah Humbug...

Idk...if she's on her very last day without much of a flow left, tampons might hurt.  I know they can be painful to me if all I have is a very light flow or discharge.

Tampon, or a diva cup. Thats all my kids will use unless they want cloth pads, no store bought pads here yuck. lol

Teach her about tampons. If she's old enough to be having a period, she's old enough to understand tampons.

If it's the last day and she doesn't need a pad even, I'd either let her go or wait another day or two. I wouldn't use a tampon for such a light day. That'll hurt.
