Is this enough to get the father of my unborn child righta taken away?
-he lives with his mom.
-no job or income.
-he may be on the run or on trial (if found guily he will do 9 months).
-no HSD or G.E.D.
-has a record (went to prison for stabbing someone).
Yes i know i should have picked a better guy or kept my legs closed. I cant change it now. I want to put the baby up for adoption. After the baby is born i will be getting my tubes tied.

not likely.  My child's "father" had his right revoked.  It was a lengthy process and every option inbetween was excercised.

The courts usually feel the child having a relationship with their parent is in the best interest.

It is rare to have rights revoked by the courts.

I don't think so..... Possibly if you play on the violent card. Will he not sign away willingly?

No they even give rights to men who father a child from rape.

Nope. None of that will cause his rights to be terminated.

Nope. That is not an unfit parent, by any legal definition.

it might depend on your state, you would have to ask a lawyer
