Drinking and breastfeeding,

A customer of mine brought my co-workers and I wine for filling a very large order. I am a barista and she had a near $100 order one morning. I have not drank in over 18 months. (pregnancy and the 9 months my dd has been born) I would really like to drink a few glasses, but am still breastfeeding dd 4-6 times daily. Would it be ok to have a few glasses after she goes to bed?

Yes. By the time you go to nurse again you should be fine. Also bru has milk testing strips you can grab some of those

You should be fine. Its really how comfortable you feel. If its a couple hours before your little one needs to eat again, it shouldnt be an issue.

One glass shouldn't be bothersome, especially if you drink it after a feeding.

Yes you can...It should leave your breastmilk the same way alcohol leaves the blood system, have a drink and enjoy :-)
