if you feel the need to bash or lecture, please just move on. I know all that already.

I'm dieting, I'm CRASH dieting for a few weeks just to shrink the size of my stomach. I've cut down to maybe 400 calories, if that. I eat usually once a day.

my problem is i'm HUNGRY (obviously). What are some things I can do to help the hunger pains and headaches - without eating, or munching on celery or lettuce, blah blah all that... how to ignore it.

GL with that.  Maybe drink water, wait 15 minutes, and eat something small but nutrient-dense, like Kale?

Nothing. If you don't want real advice, that is. Have fun screwing up your metabolism and gaining it back plus more.

It's pretty pointless to do it this way... you're just going to gain it all right back. That's not lecturing, that's stating the obvious.
