I have three children and all three were 5 pounders. They are all either underweight or on the very low side of normal and average heights.

Ask me anything.

I have triplets they were born at 3.4, 2.6, and 3.3...the 2.6er was 1.9 at her littlest!

So I have birth to really small children, but at 6 they tower over EVERYONE their age! The are between 51 and 53 inches! Luckily they are skinny though!

Do you know why they're so small like family history or issues getting enough calories during pregnancy due to vomiting? I was a five pounder because my mother had an eating disorder which is apparently part of the reason I have weight issues now.

I was a 5 pounder at birth and so was my mom. I ate extremely healthy while pregnant. My youngest was diagnosed failure to thrive as a newborn but that was because she was tongue tied. Once it was clipped, she put on weight but is still tiny. At 2 she just barely breaks the 20 pound mark.
