need to drop about 20lbs FAST. How? I cant find  ipeac sryup anywhere around here at any of the drug stores.

There is no way to do it safely for your body, if you take it off quickly it is more than likely that you will put it back on with more to boot.

You need to exercise and eat right.

BTW the apple cider vinegar will help to boost your metabolism.
