If someone is in prison for child porn. CHILD like 3-12 ages.... NEVER actually TOUCHED a child. Would you still onsider him a child molester?

*EDIT*.... This is about my ex. DD's sperm donor. I said he was a child molester and someone defending him said OH no he's not like child porn is different. While I dont know if he did ever touch anyone he says he didn't but then again he said he did it to sell which again any better.

A "molester"--no--not if they really never touched a child.  I DO think they should be a registered sex offender--which is different than a "molester"--someone who can watch that--is a danger.  Period.

I would consider the person someone who has great potential to become a child molester. Besides the fact that those children are victimized during the actual act and then again each time some sick pervert watches it.

No, but I would consider them to be someone who committed a sex crime against children.

OK I guess I was wrong. But in my eyes he is no different because he got pleasure out of a child being harmed. Maybe I'm just bitter.

I dont honestly know if I'd consider him a child molester but I definitely wouldnt trust him with my children, so It doesnt matter what my perception is, I suppose. The result is the same.

Not a molester, but definitely a pedophile
