"Abdominal pain" is always so fake!

Ugh. I wish.
So I have this new favorite meal. Cucumbers, avacados, Mozerella cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Problem is, it gives me HORRIBLE cramps in my sides and pelvis. :( I have a history of GERD, but nothing else GI.
Sound familiar to anyone? I also get a little bloated.

Leave out the cheese and see how you feel.

I'm debating doing that with each ingredient. But I never an issue with them separately. Besides rarely eating cucumbers before this.

It's either the cheese or the balsamic vinegar. Experiment to figure out which one or if it's both.

I have GERD and other stomach issues too and these 2 foods make me feel like I'm dying if I eat them.

If it's gallbladder though, I'm guessing the fat content could be an issue too

I would say the balsamic. I've had ba issues with gerd and most of the time it's oily thing or vinegar things. Leave them out or one or the other.
