Do you have visable abs? If so, what workout (s) do you do to get them? I do cardio daily along with toning to my trouble areas. My abs are seriously right there, but I just can't seem to get the viable definition. Even when I was super lean, I didn't have the awesome definition. So tips? I drink protein shakes because my calorie intake isn't the greatest. I will put what we are working with in replies.

Geez. I'd be happy to have it like yours. 20 months after labor and I still look slightly pregnant. LOL!

Me either. Let me dig and I can probably find the best looking my stomach has been. However there was never any definition there. But my stomach was hard. Lol. Best way to describe it. Even now, even without being at my goal size, my abs are hard, there's no squish, but no definition as well. I just seem stuck. I just did my measurements again today. Waist is 24, hips (ass??) is 34 and my thighs are 20. Lol. My waist is down 2 inches, hips 2 inches, and around my thighs is down 1 inch.

Normally my stomach is a tad flatter, but I'm super bloated. I really need to poop (tmi) but ever since I started dieting (lol) I'm not able to go on my own.

It's all about diet at that last little bit. Not sure what you are complaining about though :0

I'm not really complaining i guess. The last 5 pounds are being stubborn and my ass and thighs aren't getting much smaller. lol. I would like more definition to my abs, but they are firm just not visibly defined...I'll post a picture of what I was used to my body being. It's just hard work getting back there....and I understand that. I've only been back in the workout routine for like 7 weeks or so.....I know it doesn't happen overnight, but I'm impatient.
