Do you have visable abs? If so, what workout (s) do you do to get them? I do cardio daily along with toning to my trouble areas. My abs are seriously right there, but I just can't seem to get the viable definition. Even when I was super lean, I didn't have the awesome definition. So tips? I drink protein shakes because my calorie intake isn't the greatest. I will put what we are working with in replies.
