A recall has been issued for the Idea Baby Bath Seat because of a drowning hazard.
The recall stats that the seat failed to meet federal safety standards for stability and can tip over posing a risk of drowning.
The seats were sold online and at Bed Bath and Beyond stores nationwide between September 2012 and April 2013 for about $40.
The seats were made in pink or blue plastic and feature two star-shaped spinning toys on the front of the seat rail.
Consumers who own the bath seats should immediately stop using them and return to where they purchased it for a credit.
No injuries related to the bath seats have been reported at this time.
