Ds got the HIB shot Monday, he has been walking with a limp ever since, and has been super grumpy. Is it normal to have that for such a long time after the shot? Or should i call his dr?

Its pretty normal, his leg is just sore. Give him some tylenol, it should be better in a day or 2

3 days seemed to be the average for my kids, but everyone is different.

You know when you get a shot in the muscle, and your arm is sore for a few days. Its the same thing for kids, except it's their leg, and they have to put weight on it. Plus they aren't used to sore muscles. If you are worried, call your doc. Otherwise, tylenol or Motrin, and maybe an ice pack, is the best you can do.
