I was a proud democrat after I registered to vote at the age of 18.  Since then I have seen society run into the ground by the democrates  and their alleged  progressive ideas, political correctness and their hate for our military.  They show little or no  allegiance to America and want to regulate  free speech, blur the lines of gender and rewrite a perfectly good constitution to fit their needs.  I have never voted republican in my life, but I have since changed my mind.  I can set aside the issues from my pro-choice view to certain social programs to elect a republican for the greater good of this country.

Edit......

Dump both parties!  Elect an indie or moderate.  Enough is enough.  This country is more than just RIGHT or LEFT.

I just hope conservatives control the House. If they could get a Senate majority, that would be awesome too.

I just hope the next president actually does what he says hes going to do, and doesn't lie to us, screw us over, and shoot rainbows up our ass...that goes for both political parties.

Which really, political parties shouldn't exist...the house should be one political party, that way it doesn't create some stupid click that fights with the other over power.

Hahaha.  How old are you now?  20?  Democrats don't hate our military.  And what the hell are you talking about with regards to the constitution?  You do know how changes are made to the constitution, right?  Or did you not finish high school and miss out on that part of your education?  If you think you're such an expert on political parties (which you sure as heck are NOT) please tell us all what great things George W Bush did for this country.  And keep in mind, that all those folks fighting in the middle east are there thanks (or no thanks) to him.

I'd prefer a moderate.

I'd love some examples of their 'hatred for the military'. Seems the last republican president we had LIED about weapons of mass destruction and started shit over in the middle east that has caused the death of THOUSANDS of soldiers and yet you don't view THAT as hate? The republicans want to reduce food stamps and that includes the thousands of military families that are collecting foods stamps as well.

They show little or no  allegiance to America and want to regulate  free speech, blur the lines of gender and rewrite a perfectly good constitution to fit their needs.

Democrats want to regulate free speech? Hmmm... from what I"ve seen it's the religious conservative REPUBLICANS that want to censor speech, deny rights to humans based on their interpretation in their holy book, want to regulate the bodies of women and piss all over the constitution to try to further their own agenda- especially when it comes to guns.

I have never voted republican in my life, but I have since changed my mind.  I can set aside the issues from my pro-choice view to certain social programs to elect a republican for the greater good of this country.

I am a registered Independent because no Party represents everything I stand for and when it comes time to vote, I am able to vote for the candidate that best fits me because I have no devotion to any particular politics.
