An excuse to leave work early

I am about to call my boss and ask to leave early. I am 7 months pregnant and think I am going to use an embarrassing excuse so that there are really no questions asked. How about...i wet myself running to the bathroom? (they know I go every 20 min lol)

ideas?

Say you have cramps or back pain or pelvic discomfort. All believable during the last trimester.

You can start with the words "unusual vaginal discharge" and that should be all it takes.
