My sons pay more attention to me when I am 'pretty'!

My boys are 1 & 2 and I just wanted to share that I've discovered that they pay more attention to me and for longer when I do my hair and makeup first thing in the morning and wear something nice when I get them up in the mornings. They show me more respect as well. I wonder if this would help caregivers and educators or therapists etc have a little extra advantage over those who just tend to children in super-casual clothes and look homely etc.

Add:

I realized that my sons speech therapist (He's a little over 2 and a half, actually) goes to work in yoga pants and t-shirts and he doesn't seem to be responding to his therapy well. I don't know if I should tell her, or just change therapists.

Take some data :)  Maybe your perception.

I don't have a perscription. I don't believe in popping 'feel good' pills. I also don't drink or smoke.

Perception is how you see something. It has nothing to do with pills. Reading comprehension is your friend.

Perception is the way you see it. Not a medicine.
