My mother says my husbands cheating on me. What do you think?

Our last child was born with severe disabilities, so I am done procreating. I was using NFP when I got pregnant. I told my husband that we are done having sex.  I believe sex needs to be open to procreation and I don't believe in using artificial birth control. To be honest I never enjoyed sex and I'm happy it's over with.  My husband said he respects me as the mother of his children and doesn't want me to go against my conscience.

My mother keeps telling me that men NEED sex, and if I don't have an affair with my husband another WOMEN will!  She said he's probably got a girlfriend or goes to prostitutes.  He goes to work 7days a week and holidays. Mom said his girlfriend is probably a coworker and I should have my head examined before he leaves me.  She also criticizes  me for getting heavy!

What do you think?

Just be single then... Kind of selfish IMO.

I think that's sad. Your mom has a point but that doesn't mean she's right.

Well..........it doesn't necessarily mean that he will cheat on you. But, if you are that adamant about not having sex ever again, I wouldn't be surprised if he did at least consider some aide action. I don't condone cheating, but tbh with you, forever is a very long time to go without and he may not be ready or willing to do that.

If he's not getting it from you, he will find it somewhere else.
