I work at a casino as a security guard. At a casino you have to have a gaming license, well i been getting a 30 day badge. My badge expires on the 24th and i went to the gaming and told them and the inspector said, I'm not reissuing a 30 day badge because its been way to long." I tend to agree with that but that means after the 24th i can't go to work. I didn't say anything walked out and went into where we clock in. My director was in the dispatch and i told her that after Monday i won't be working and she asked why? I told her, " my badge expires and they won't reissue another because they won't give me a permanent badge." She said she didn't understand, then i broke down and cried out. I walked to my locker put my bag in there and she found me and told me to follow her. We went to the General Manager office and explained my situation and he said they need to get on the ball. I was so upset that i couldn't focus or anything.

For some of you that will ask, i started in January and a few weeks later i got denied my license for something i didn't know was on my background. It took 3 weeks then they figured that i didn't know at all, so on March 15th i started work again and that's when i started getting the temp badge. I got a new temp badge and i setted a record for the most temp badges. If they pull this shit again next month i will eefing quit because I'm tired of fighting.

Sounds like an awful lot of hassle. Hopefully the job pays well.

On March 16 you should have started the process of getting a gaming license.  You are the one in the wrong sweetie.  You think you can get by with temporary badges forever, you're wrong.  Anyone knows that.

To get my way? SMH, I got fed up with this bullshit. I broke down because I felt they was blaming me when they are the one who can ask the other end questions.

I wouldn't give you jack shit if this was on your record, sorry.
What kind of 14 year old were you that someone would make a formal accusation like that against you??
Even if you did nothing, that accusation would be enough for me to toss you.

What a crock of shit... That would be on a juvenile record. Are you still a minor? Also, a judge would have to place that on your record and/or have a hearing. The only situations where that doesn't happen is for things like un paid fines, BUT they still tell you.
