I was just diagnosed with this im pregnant (27 weeks) and only 24 years old! my doctor said its nothing to worry about and fairly common. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? How has it changed your life or has it? Im also supposed to start a caffeine free diet and its really difficult :( I have a follow up and will discuss it more then I am just seeking some personal experience...

From what I understand, it is a fancy way of saying I have a large amount of cysts in my breast. It is currently affecting my right breast (as in right hand side)

I've never heard of it.

Yes. It was worse while pregnant, but I have had no major problems. I forget about it until they are super sore. Caffeine can make it worse, however I do not see a huge difference. My mom swears caffine affects hers. She has had to have cysts drained. Make sure you buy good bras and drink lots of water. Good bras make a huge difference.

I was diagnosed once via a mammogram, it was normal.
