Personally I still like her. What she did was wrong but I don't think she's racist.

I think it's expected from certain people which is pretty sad.

Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld and Dog the bounty hunter said racists remarks, where are they now?

I think it is just part of the culture that she was raised in and I personally dont care what she does as long as she is cookin.

Exactly my thought. Personally I can't stand her anyways. But this whole thing is being blown out of porportion. I'm more irriated watching a movie with the Nword repeatedly said; or watching black rap artist disparage their own race. I hate the word; regardless of who says it. I refuse to say it; and I will not associate people who think it's okay to say that word. That being said; Yah she said the Nword; she apologized. Let's move on.

First, I want to make it very clear, I do not use that word, think it is disgusting and disrespectful. But, as far as Paula Deen, does any one else think that what she said comes from where she grew up and how she was possibly raised? Not saying it is okay, but, maybe she was just used to it? Maybe she didnt know any better, until she was told it IS wrong??
