Okay. I totally get the no public restrooms thing.  But there needs to be exceptions. One being...my kid falls in your parking lot and is gushing blood and I need to clean her up.  You seriously are going to tell me there is no where I can clean her up.

If there aren't any, there aren't any.  Keep a first aid kit in your car.

They have a restroom. I could see it. I even asked if she would just get me a wet paper towel. She said no.

We weren't in my car. But I do keep wet wipes and bandaids in my car.

Our restroom at work is not public. But we do make exceptions. You honestly could have caught them on a day where they had just finished cleaning a massive mess made by the last person they made an exception for... Still bull because it was a bleeding child. But I do understand.

No public restroom means no public restroom. Carry a first aid kit in your car. I even have paper towels and bottled water for such situation. A lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute and emergency on theirs.

All I needed was paper towels to clean her up.

We weren't in our car. Also the place is only about a mile from my house so we usually walk.
