Are there ways to lower your sex drive?

I'm not even kidding, my sex drive is through the roof, and my poor hubby, bless his heart, can't keep up with me. We have sex (on average) about 5 times a week, and it's still not enough for me. He's more than willing to help me out in other ways (hands/toys/etc), but it still isn't quite the same.

So... anybody know of any ways to want less sex?

Antidepressants tend to lower libido.

Antidepressants often do as a PP said. They have other side effects though, too

Are you in your late twenties?

To answer your question: a hysterectomy will cure any desire you have to want sex.  Ever.Again.

anti-anxiety or anti-depressants work pretty good for some people

I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old, they keep me plenty busy during the day. But the baby factory is closed down, heh.

I'd imagine they wouldn't prescribe me anti-depressants when I'm not depressed though, heh.

Can't have a hysterectomy unless medically necessary the only thing they will do is tie her tubes.

My friend had a medically necessary hysterectomy and she would disagree with you.  Her husband still complains he can't keep up with her needs.

I'm 42. I've always had a high sex drive, but it seems to have gone into overdrive all of a sudden... A hysterectomy seems pretty drastic though!
