However someone decides to become a parent, it isnt anyones business and I find it sick that all of you as mothers can be such judgemental bitches about how someone goes about it.

*This is in regards to the not giving SIL money to adopt. Should sil be asking for money? Maybe not. Should the Op give? Not if she doesnt want to. But she should also stop being a bitch about how shitty of a mother sil may or may not be. I am sure most of you werent qualified when you had your first, second or third so get off your high horses.

I agree, but I when she was saying her SIL was expecting them to give her a ton of money for it kind of bothered me. You shouldn't expect anything like that from someone.

If I needed money I know my brother would be the first to offer, maybe sil figured this too. Plus, no one is being obligated to donate.

I was fully qualified at 17 years old, I knew everything at that time ;)

It's so strange to me how women judge another for adopting. Or when they say they are not a "real" parent because they didn't push them out etc. You would think that as a woman who has a child(ren) (no matter how those children got there) would understand how unconditional love works. Being a first parent by adopting is the same thing as being a first timer when pregnant. The end result is said person taking care of a child.

People are just idiots would just be easier for me to say, lol.
