Do i look like an idiot?

I must. People act like I'm too stupid to understand what they are saying so they must talk to dh about it.
Twice this morning it happened but it happens all the time.
We went out to breakfast and I asked the waitress a question and she looks at my dh to answer. Wtf. He doesn't give a shit what's in my food.

Second, we are currently on our way to pick up some fireworks and took a wrong turn because our GPS crapped out. So we stopped and i asked someone a question on where we were supposed to go and again he talks to dh. I asked the question for a reason. Dh has a severe fear of talking to people he doesn't know. He will basically shut down and not listen. It makes him nervous.

Haven't women evolved just as much as men? I can take directions people, better than dh.

Just a vent

lol you look young.   ppl might think your a kid so they answer the adult.    Not to bash on your dh in any way but he does look a lot older than you.

Why so? Is it not legal where you live? I know dh grew up in Los Angles and they were illegal (I don't know if it was all or some honestly). We have free reign here to buy them and shoot them off. Some cities have ordinances against bottle rockets and some other things.

If it bothers you that much say , "Hey, I'm the one who asked. Hello?" Or something else like that. This happens to me a lot, but my DH doesn't mind talking to people. It used to bother me, but eh.

Yes, I'm in Los Angeles. But on top of that I know a person right now in the hospital who blew half his hand off because the fuse ran to quickly.

It's just not a good idea to play with explosives.
