should i be concerned 12 braxton hicks in less than 45 mins?!

im sitting here timing them on my app they are kinda all over the place but mostly between 3-5 mins apart ive had 12 since 6:06 my.stomach is getting hard as a rock

Um that's not BH. Your looking for 5 mins apart, 1 minute long for 1 hour. 5-1-1.

My doctor says if you have 4 in a hour it's not BH. And yours seem to be staying in the 5 min apart rule as well. I'd atleast call in.

How far along are you?  Have you tried drinking water and laying on your side?  If they are BH they will go away doing those things, if not they are real contractions.

real labor: 3-5 mins apart and last for 45 seconds or longer and your stomach gets rock hard then releases

idk ive always heard if they arent exactly on time its bh they have been going for an hour
