Would you be more inclined to breastfeed?

Serious question. This of course doesn't apply to people that do not have breast, or fall under the few that actually cannot nurse for whatever reason. I mean able bodied people.

I don't qualify for WIC either way. We wouldn't meet the financial standards.

I feel ending WIC would only raise up breastfeeding by a small percentage initially.  Breastfeeding takes a lot of commitment.  It isn't easy. 

Over time, I think a bigger acceptance of breastfeeding would grow. Acceptance of it is really what it is going to take to make more women choose to do it.

This. Both my kids were formula fed. I didn't produce enough milk, although it wasn't for lack of trying.

I tried breastfeeding and when I was haveing issues I went to wic for help.as I was told they were big on helping women breastfeed, yeah no. I.got told to give up and give formula.

No I didn't use WIC for any of my kids other than my 4th and only for 3mo's and coincidentally I only EBF'd the 4th.

I never did wic.. and I breastfed anways, lol. problem solved for me ;)
