So i was at McDonalds and there was this lady there....

My daughter and i are at my moms.

shes having surgery tomorrow and needs me to watch my brother, who is severly autistic.

dd and i got here at 6 last night.

my brother, Noah, was begging for McDonalds. he loves McDonalds. he even has all those Wack Adventures of Ronald McDonald. but he doesnt ask for food from there often. he doesnt ask for anything. but this time when he asked my mom told him 'honey i dont have any money for McDonalds today'. he said '20 dollars. in mommys wallet. please?'

she told him again and he left the room, calmly.

he came back a few minutes later with a five dollar bill and coupons. no clue where he got either.

so i told my mom that i would go buy him some McDonalds.

dd and i went up there. they were pretty busy. i knew it would take awhile so i ordered, and got dd an ice cream cone to eat while we waited. (shes 15 months and already had dinner).

any way we were waiting and this one lady ordered 25 strawberry and cream pies. plus other food, not sure what i just heard 'twenty five strawberry and cream pies' and thought 'wow. thats alot of pie'.

10 minutes later dd and i are still sitting there. and this woman starts flipping out and screaming about how it was taking WAAAAY to long and so on.

well it always takes long here. theres only 3 restraunts in town. Jimbos. a mexican restraunt and McDonalds. so all 3 places are always busy.

dd and i moved down to a table further away because she was yelling.

they ended up having to have a police officer escort her out. i hadnt been paying attention at that point but Brian, an old friend of mine, is the manager, and he said that she had threatened the cashier.

kinda reminded me of a toddler having a tantrum when the food doesnt get to the dinner table fast enough.

now i know people act bat shit crazy in places. but i have never seen someone get so crazy over food taking to long. and ive worked in several fast food places.

so do you have a story about a crazy acting person that you saw one day?

also would you have gotten that upset over 25 pies and food taking too long?

Sounds like she may have some mental health issues.

You could have left out your over-explanation of why you were at McDonald's. Be honest, we know you ate a Big Mac and fed your kid 'Nuggets.

She should have expected that, derp. What a dumbass. I hear stories like this from my brother, who works at McDicks. It's kind of hilarious to hear.

The pies are good. but they had to make more. and 25 pies and food is gona take awhile. i had to wait a half an hour on a 20pc nugget meal, a large fry and a burger.

They are amazing! Have you tried them cold? They are a million times better cold. My first thought when reading this was, she's taking them home to put in the fridge. I keep telling dh he's going to come home one day to a fridge full of them!

It's obvious the pies weren't for her only. Maybe she had to bring something to a potluck, or screwed up dessert and she was in a hurry. Personally, I'm a doormat and I would've waited patiently, especially if I made such a large order. But other people are less patient.
I just think that unless we know all the facts about a situation, we shouldn't jump to judgment. MHO.

My first job was at McDonald's. I remember this crazy man with serious anger issues would come in and start yelling at an employee for not washing their hands... immediately after they washed their hands. I guess he was mad because he didn't see them do it? I'm still not sure about it, but he caused a whole scene and brought attention to the employee from the entire restaurant. He then demanded that he he be refunded for his meal... after he ate the whole thing. People are crazy. He had a little kid with him, too, I remember. He'd come in all of the time yelling at the top of his lungs about something or another. Sometimes he'd get upset and claim her heard a cuss word said in front of his child. Who knows, he very well could have, but I was his cashier that day and didn't hear anything. Another time he ordered a meal and never asked for it to be made specially. Came back yelling that we were idiots and he's allergic to onions. Well, dude, if you're allergic you should probably specify not to put onions on your sandwich. Every time, he'd demand a refund. Every time, the manager gave him one. Sometimes I wonder if he was just desperate and trying to find a way to get a free meal to feed his kid.

If I were to order 25 pies I would definitely have called ahead.
