Since I Am Known To Make Impulse Decisions...Need Advise

So here's the deal- I have lived in the same apartment for 3 years, paying rent the entire time. I recently learned that my landlords have went into foreclosure. I stopped paying rent 3 months ago to save money once I knew their situation. The bank has not taken over yet and they are still living down stairs. I am looking at a house today to rent that I am absolutely in love with. We are expecting baby #3 in August. Should I wait it out at my current house until we absolutely have to leave so that we can save even more money (since I have to go out on leave) or move into this house and start paying rent again and use all of our savings for the security? Thank you :)

I would keep saving until you have an auction date. Be prepared that you might only have 10 days notice.

Stop being a squatter and get a place that you actually pay rent at.
