My 14 year old is dating an 18 year old

And i hate it! Her dad allows it when she is at his house. There is nothing I can do to stop it. They both go to the same school she is going into her sophomore year and he is starting his senior year next year. They are in band together. At first I thought about trying to press charges or threaten to keep him away but they deny having sex and there is a year close in age exception in my state. We have 50/50 custody and her father sees no problem with it. I tried pushing the subject with my ex and he has no issue with it and Dd said that if I "didnt chill out" she would live with her dad full time. I just feel stuck. He is a lot more maturd than she is. There is a huge difference between the two. I have tried just talking to my DD and there is no getting through to her. I have tried forbidding her from talking or seeing this boy while at my house and she packed up her bags and threatened to leave for good. She is using living with her dad full time over my head. I am just so irritated that my Dd and my ex are acting this way.

Oklahoma. Since he is not over 18 there is nothing I can do. When he turns 19 I might have options

Lol, its a phase. I dated an 18 year old when I was 14. Same thing.. sophomore and senior. We broke up when he went to college.

Were you mature for your age though? My dd is not.It actually pains me when they are hanging out because besides school/band they have nothing in common
