Can she do this?? EDIT

My landlord gave us 30 days to get out. One of the reasons were because of my dh's wheelchair. It is medically necessary. She knew he had it before she rented to us. Can she use that as a reason to evict us??

Ok so let me add. We are current on rent. We have never been late. No pets are allowed and we have none. The only thing she has is someone told her the house is not being taken care of. She is more than welcome to come inspect at any time. There is nothing wrong with it. She could even send someone else to look on her behalf. We have nothing to hide. The fact that she stated the chair specificlly is what has me mad. No it has not caused any damage.

I don't think so. Is it damaging the house or something?

What are the other reasons? Are you behind on rent? Did you in any way damage the house? Pets that aren't allowed? Complaints from neighbors?

Not really.  What are the other reasons?

No not for a disability. What else did she say? Did she give you written notice?

Depending on where you live 30 days is all it takes.

You're going to have to be a bit more specific.

as long as she gives notice i think they can but i would check in on the wheel chair cause if she stated that it could be descrimination.

It depends on what was in the rental agreement/lease. It also depends on the other reasons.
