We are having grilled ribs and/or chicken(having company over)
Loaded mashed potatoes
Fresh green beans

He'll yes I could have made it healthier, but this is tasty. Lol

I made homemade Italian meatball subs! They were delicious!

But next time, I'm using 97/3 ground beef, not this 80/20 stuff :p

Yeah, I could have eliminated the butter and salt, but, that would suck.

I had a grilled fish taco with fresh baby spinach and some salsa and a nice big salad on the side with lemon as my dressing! YUM! :)

i am not sure too hot to turn on the oven and honestly in the last hour i have felt a bit sick to my stomach and think i may be getting the flu......  i have the icks
