should I have to provide all this for his visitations?

he wants my ds's car seat, clothing, diapers, toys, and things like sun screen.

I feel like he should have to have this stuff at his place for ds. We are expecting another baby in Oct.  he wants me to provide a car seat and EVERYTHING that the baby would need when it goes with him for a few hours.

We have no custody arrangement and because of the new baby the lawyer advised not to go to court.

No. Tell him to get his own.

Not sure why being pregnant means you shouldn't go to court....

He needs to have his own stuff for your kids at his place.

I would saw the car seat goes with the baby. Anything else aside from maybe a bottle, he needs to provide.

Tell him to get the stuff he needs. Your not providing any of it

No. The. Again I wouldn't allow a newborn to leave my sight for even a few hours.. Then again, I breastfeed and  don't pump.. So maybe I'm bias..

any court would require for him to have everything he needs before the baby is born either way.. Tell him tough luck.

Hell no, HE needs to be getting all that stuff. If he has his own car then he needs to get a carseat as well, but I would let that slide. Nothing else!

My opinion may not be popular, but when my sons were younger, I sent their car seat, changes of clothing, diapers, toys, and over the counter meds because I would rather my child have things they like and want. Now, I would not send the best clothes or a ton of diapers. I would expect things returned in the same shape they were sent...clean, packed, etc. I would also ask him to replace items or share the cost of them...diapers.

If the visit is for a few hours, I would pack the same type of diaper bag that I would pack if I was taking the baby with me for an outing.
