For those asking why 4 is noy safe this is a SHORT list of what could go wrong.
Trucks catch fire, guy fall out of truck and get run over by their truck, equipment breaks, people run them over (friends with a guy who got pinned between truck and a car. His leg was partialy severed. He almost died and lost his leg. He is young), people slip and fall of truck hiting their head off the pavment bashing their skull open, poked by hyperdermic needles that carry illnesses, crushed when they have to go fix something inside the truck and something hapens and they get compacted the list go on snd on and on. Dh has had MANY close calls. Normaly from idiot drivers. Some from malfunctioning equipment, 4 times his truck has had chemical fires, he almost had his head bashed in when a chain pulling up one of hose extra large dumpsters full onto the truck, snaped and wized by his head by mere inchesinches.
