What's one thing you're embarrassed to admit that you feed your kids?

My daughter eats canned soup, she loves the stuff.

*ok...let me put it this way...what's the WORST food you feed your kids?

There are things that people are embarrassed to say they feed their kids?????  Only on Cafemom I suppose.

I'm not embarrassed about anything my kids eat.

Nothing, my kids eat junk sometimes. I'm not a food nazi, I just try to make sure they get more healthy then unhealthy and be happy with that, lol.

My oldest really likes raman noodles, mostly because it's something he can fix for himself.

They are 16 and 19 year old boys, they eat crap all the time. I don't get embarassed that easily though. They eat balanced dinners  and they are very active and fit.

I am not embarrassed to admit I feed my children any type of food.  If they like the food I will let them have it.  Everything in moderation.  If they want a hot dog - they can have one, as long as they are not eating it everyday.

I'm embarrassed that I can't get my kid to eat any vegetables except carrots (on occassion) and cucumbers. we're getting better though. He eats all his fruits, for awhile the only "meat" he would eat was chicken nuggets, but now he eats about anything. But we're still struggling with the veggies.

I'm not.

I make as much effort as I can, but i just dont have time to onsess over being organic local home grown hormone free grassed perfectly genetically balanced blah blah blah.

We eat fresh as much as possible, I cook mostly from scratch.

We are healthy snd happy and fed, that is what matters to me.
