I hardly ever use the timer on the stove for the purpose it was made for lol.
I use it for knowing when the laundry is done or needs to be switched, or as a timer for DD when she is given a task or is put on a limit for the computer..
What do you use the timer on your stove for?

Dont have a timer on the stove, I either use the one on the microwave if I am staying in the kitchen, or the one on the iPad if I am in the living room.

Just cooking. The microwave is my "other things" timer

Cooking. DS has a number obsession, so we have plenty of timers for other things.

Cooking or when my kids drag their feet eating and think they can sit for 2 hours during school days. Summer time I am more laxed on that.

Cooking, time outs, eating, tons of things, my washer and dryer have signals I can set so I know when they're Done though

I use it when I boil stuff because I walk off and forget. Sometimes it is a time out timer.
