Wow. Some of those I had no idea people said them wrong.  People really say escape goat? or I nipped that problem in the Butt? I haven't ever noticed anyone saying them wrong but now I am going to pay more attention lol

"I could care less" irritates me every time! I am always pointing that out to people. That should have been number 1 on the list!

I say “You have another thing coming!" Think just doesn't sound right

I am guilty of "I could care less" and using literally when its not needed.

Okay, so I'm a grammar nazi and fully respect the point of this article, but I'll admit that I do say "on accident" sometimes. I do know the correct way to say it, but that's the way it's said around here, so it's how I was raised.

Second, I don't understand the one that says "you have another think coming". I could be wrong, but I think it is "another thing". Her way doesn't even make sense. Usually it's used as a threat and I don't see how "you have another think coming" is threatening at all...

Right?!? That's what I just said too. I think she's wrong about that one.

I know! Maybe that's the way the saying started but it didn't make sense then, that's why it was changed.

I say it all right. Mind you English is my third language.

I say most of these correctly but I'm sure my slight accent makes them sound like I'm saying them the wrong way.
