I should have never let another man be daddy...

Me and my SO had a child together, during a year long split I dated another man and got pregnant. Me and SO got back together and I never put the daddy role on him. He made the choice and for the last couple of years he has been raising both children as his own. I told him from the beginning that if he was doing the whole daddy thing that it was all or nothing.

We just broke up, and now he has decided that he will not be dad to the other child. I dont blame him, but now Im stuck in the situation of the child believing this man was his dad and now thats all gone.

This is my biggest regret, going against my better judgement and allowing this to happen.

No real point to this... Just needed to rant.

If he will listen to reason, he will realize that  this will just make his OWN child feel bad. Imagine when your sibling gets left behind on a regular basis.

Go to court and get a child support and a visitation order. Stress to the Judge that your children think they are full siblings.  It isn't likelythe judge will order child support for both kids-but it is possible that he will order visitation to include BOTH children.

I never prevented a relationship between them his real dad only came to see him once when he was six weeks old and moved away. He has however from around the time he was 6 months, believed SO was his father.

A judge can't force someone to take visitation.
