I have been working out hard since March. Swimming, running, biking, weight training, and all kinds of other stuff. I started out at 211. I am down to 190. I haven't lost a lot of weight. But I realized today... I have NO back fat, I have a defined shape. Under my ribs...my sides go in. And I can feel muscle just about everywhere. I still have a lot of work today...still trying to get rid of a bit of belly. I am 5'10. I love the muscle that I am feeling. I love the fact that I am starting to feel good about myself.

It makes sense. You're gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. The whole BMI thing is bogus. You should focus more on how you look and feel, instead of some arbitrary number on the scale.
