My son has watched 4 hours worth of sponge bob

Ugh my son is in his room watching sponge bob. It has been on for 4 hours now. It is driving me nuts! I am deep cleaning our "junk" closet and finding stuff to throw away, give away/donate. I don't even know why he likes that damn show. It is fucking stupid and SB laugh is annoying as hell.

Anyone else hate spongebob?

ETA: my son is 17. I didn't think his age was relavent. I hate spongebob. This is a spongebob hate post lol

Put on some nova or something so his brains don't melt ;). I have days where the kids watch tv all day because of some sort of special project I need to finish. It's not often but I switch up drivel with educational so I don't feel too guilty ;).

My kids love that show, too!  Very silly to me but some of it is clever and funny.  My rule is read your book and then watch SB.

1 mom liked this
This. I have no issue with watching TV but would NEVER allow four hours straight. I'd make my child help clean or take a break every now and then to take him outside.
