My Confession

I just closed on my home, the buyers took forever and toward the end were snooty and very nasty.  So I bought a pack of rat traps and put them up unset in a linen closet, hopefully they find them and think I had a rat problem.

Haha! I wish I had thought of doing something like that when we sold! Our buyers were a pain in the ass and almost cost us the deal on our new house with their laziness and procrastinating.

Although, the roof did start leaking about 1-2 months after they moved in, so I consider that their karmic payback.

It's the inspectors job to turn that up, and in any case they couldn't sue without proof, which could only be summoned in the event there was actually a rat problem.

it was a cash deal, no inspection ( sold as is ) and I never had a rodent problem., it was only a scare tactic
