People with an IQ under 110 or have not been employed for at least 12 months out of the last 24 shouldn't be allowed to vote. EDIT
Low IQ hampers clear thought.
Lack of employment indicates you are not contributing by paying your fair share of taxes. If you don't participate in society, you do not have the right to make decisions for those who do.
Stay at home parents can vote if they have an IQ over 110 and the working parent qualifies under the employment rule.
Retired persons can continue to vote if they have been eligible to vote for at least half of their adult life.
Edit. According to ABC news, only 57.5% of the registered voters voted in the last presidential election. If you didn't vote, don't complain.
