racially motivated today show differences?

watched these videos and read the article. this kid is our future??? and why is the white kid portrayed as a sweetheart, he stole a car too...

It's not always about race. The bias is easy to swing when the sources are different.

You cannot say that the Today show did anything wrong. They reported on one of these stories, not both. You cannot compare stories from two different outlets and claim that they are racially motivated.

Also, the biggest difference between these two children is that fact that one of them says he like doing bad stuff and wants to be a hoodrat. The other appears to be a normal 7 year old boy.

I agree. I thought it was strange that the article seemed to be putting TODAY down for the way the stories came out and were presented together as "racial". One kid was obviously embarrassed and seemed sorry. The other didn't care, he said he did it to be bad!
